We strictly use your information for the following specific purposes:

• Sending early access invitations and onboarding instructions when your waitlist cohort is ready.
• Notifying you of official Troxen product launches and critical gateway updates.
• Reaching out via email or SMS/phone (if provided) directly related to your waitlist status and platform setup.
• Verifying legitimate developer signups to prevent abuse.

Your privacy and trust are paramount:

• We never sell, rent, or lease your personal data or phone number to third parties.

Your information is stored securely in encrypted databases with strict access controls. We retain your waitlist information until early access onboarding completes or until you ask us to remove it.

5. Your Rights & Unsubscribing

You may request removal from our waitlist or update your contact details at any time by emailing us at privacy@troxen.dev or replying to any waitlist email. Upon request, we will permanently delete your records from our waitlist system.
