Troxen Waitlist & Early Access Agreement • Effective August 2026
1. Waitlist Purpose & Acceptance
By submitting your details via our early access form, you request inclusion on the Troxen platform waitlist and agree to these Terms of Service. You affirm that the information provided is accurate and belongs to you or an authorized representative of your organization.
2. Communication Consent
You expressly consent to receive communications from Troxen regarding early access availability, platform release notifications, and account setup instructions at the email address and/or phone number provided. Message & data rates may apply if phone contact is selected.
3. Service Availability & No Guarantee
Joining the waitlist grants priority consideration for beta testing and early access waves. However, waitlist placement does not constitute a contract for service, guaranteed entry date, or SLA commitments prior to formal commercial onboarding.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, brand assets, logos, and technology associated with Troxen are the exclusive property of Troxen and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Troxen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from waitlist enrollment or delayed service launch.
